Eating out
Eating out is quite different to Europe, my team took me out for ‘hot pot’ you select the raw food and cook it in a communal ‘hot pot’ in the middle of the table. Mostly enjoyable…… not to sure on the intestine though! If this isn’t for you don’t worry to much Western food is available in cities and many hotels.
